Military & Government

The Norfolk Airport Authority recognizes and appreciates the sacrifice of our local military personnel and their families. Below are various services, features and information sources that benefit the military and government travel community.

USO Welcome Center

Since World War II, the United Service Organizations has pursued a mission of providing emotional support for the troops and tending to the needs of military personnel and their families. The Norfolk Airport Authority is proud to provide space for an expansive USO Welcome Center located on the second level of the Arrivals Terminal. The lounge is available for use by active duty and retired military and their families to relax, read, watch television, play games, grab a snack and access the internet. Coming or going, you will be welcomed.

Government Contract Fares

The City Pair Program (CPP) offers airfares considerably lower than comparable commercial fares, saving the federal government billions of dollars annually. The airfares are listed as one-way to allow for multiple destinations, and airfares are valid in either direction. Domestic airfares include: taxes, but not fees such as fuel surcharges; passenger facility charges; segment fees and passenger security fees. These fees are additional. International airfares are exclusive of taxes and additional fees.
