Welcome your company’s attendees with a customized message on the airport’s video screens at the Information Center in the main lobby, on the airline concourses and in the Arrivals Terminal escalator area. Simply complete and return this form.

A table and chairs can also be provided in the Arrivals Terminal near Baggage Carousel 1. Table décor, pull-up banner or poster/easel (note: signs cannot be affixed to surfaces) are permitted. Just let us know dates and time for welcome table set up and we’ll take care of the rest.

There is no charge for welcome services.  We are pleased to provide a great first impression for your company’s attendees.

To reserve a conference room at the Norfolk Airport, please contact the HR department 757-857-3405 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday PRIOR to payment. Received payments will not constitute or initiate a reservation. After your reservation is confirmed, you will be instructed how to make a payment through this site. Note that payments include tax and you must update the “quantity” for reservations that exceed one hour.

Taxi drivers and companies – use the following button to pay for monthly operations at the Norfolk Airport. Payments are for calendar months only and cannot be prorated for a partial month. If payment is made during office hours (M-F 8:30-5:00), the taxi stand will be notified. If payment is received outside of office hours, please show the emailed receipt to the taxi stand for verification.

Located in the main lobby behind Hudson News, KidsPort is a fun and engaging play area where little ones can fly a plane, crawl through clouds and cross a rainbow. It’s the perfect spot to wait for family and friends or burn off some energy pre-flight. Activity kits filled with coloring book, crayons, pencil and wings are available at the Information Center in the Main Lobby from 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. daily.

The Transportation Security Administration offers a Cares Program for passengers with special needs. A Passenger Support Specialist will meet families at the airport upon your request to assist with the screening process. To schedule a pre-flight visit, call 72 hours prior to travel at (855) 787-2227 or federal relay 711 on weekdays, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET and weekends/holidays, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. Norfolk International Airport participates in The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program to enable people with non-visible disabilities to access the support they need. Sunflower Lanyards act as a prompt to let others know they have a non-visible disability and that they may need a helping hand, understanding, or simply more time. Learn more about the program here.
